The Candyland Trail is 7,000 linear feet of new freeride trail that will connect Jimmy’s Mom to the Parallel Trail.  The Candyland Trail will segregate downhill mountain bike traffic from all other users on the Phillips Ridge Connector and part of Old Pass Road, effectively resolving nascent user conflict and safety issues.  Nearly half the funding for this trail has come from the 2010 1% for the Tetons,http://www.onepercentforthetetons.org/grant process!

Notes:  The Teton Freedom Riders will have a tent set up at the top at Trail Creek Trailhead (base of Old Pass Road) and will be shuttling volunteers throughout the day.  Fitzgeralds will provide a raffle while Lotus Cafe & Tram Bar will provide food and beverage.
